C1 Econometrics

The Economics Department has a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning August 2008. Required: ABD in Economics with field in Econometrics. Must have doctorate to be eligible for re-appointment to second year. Evidence of successful college teaching experience; evidence of potential for quality scholarship in econometrics; and a successful on-campus interview and teaching demonstration. Preferred: Ph.D. in Economics with field in econometrics. Active record of quality scholarship in econometrics. Ability to teach courses in statistics, macroeconomics, and money and banking.Full consideration given to applications received by November 5, 2007.
