Applications are invited for a tenure-track position in theoretical and/or applied microeconomics at the rank of Assistant Professor or Lecturer commencing July 1, 2008. Qualifications include completion of a PhD or a scheduled thesis defense before the date of appointment. The successful candidate will combine a strong commitment to quality teaching and excellent research potential. Applications will include the following: a letter of application, statement of citizenship/resident status; a curriculum vitae; a statement of teaching and research interests; samples of scholarly work; teaching evaluations or other evidence of teaching effectiveness; and, three letters of reference to be forwarded directly by the referees.
