Associate or Full Professor in Education and Social Policy Evaluation--We seek a tenured professor to be jointly appointed between the Institute for Policy Research (IPR) and the School of Education and Social Policy. Candidates should have research programs in evaluation of education and social policies, with strong skills in development or use of cutting-edge quantitative methods, and strong theoretical and empirical interests in education and policy, including school governance; interfaces between schooling and labor markets; school to work transitions; impact of standards and accountability policies on schools; early investments in life success (pre-K, etc.); and neighborhoods, families, and schools. Applicants should have outstanding records of publications and externally funded research. The IPR appointment carries one-half reduction in teaching responsibilities.
