The Department of Government at Harvard University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Quantitative Political Methodology at the rank of Assistant or untenured Associate Professor to begin July 1, 2008. A strong doctoral record is required. Candidates are expected to be able to offer introductory as well as advanced courses to undergraduates and graduate students and to demonstrate a promise of excellence both in research and teaching in political methodology. Applications in American politics or international relations are preferred.
