Tenure and Tenure-Track Position in Mathematical Behavioral Science--The School of Social Sciences, University of California, Irvine, seeks candidates who have demonstrated exceptional research in at least one of the following areas: Individual or group decision making, game theory and/or evolutionary game theory, dynamics or learning in the social and behavioral sciences. The candidate's research must have a substantial mathematical component. While the positions are targeted at the junior level (assistant professor, tenure-track) more senior (associate professor with tenure) exceptional candidates are also encouraged to apply. The candidates filling this position will be expected to participate in the Institute for Mathematical Behavioral Sciences and be a full-time faculty member in one of the following Departments at UC Irvine: Cognitive Sciences, Economics, Political Science, or Sociology.
