Senior Researcher, Office of Research, Evaluation and Accountability (Salary: $76,500 - $107,500)--A successful candidate will have substantial experience collecting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, have demonstrated the ability to develop and implement rigorous research designs, successfully led multiple concurrent projects to completion. Proficiency in SAS is required. Expertise in longitudinal growth modeling or other advanced models, such as multilevel or generalized linear models, is preferred. Background in psychometrics, including IRT or Rasch models, would be a plus. Master's degree/PhD preferred in statistics, psychology, economics, or equivalent field with an emphasis on applied research design and quantitative statistical analyses. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 4 researchers; balance workflow of research projects to ensure timely completion; maintain the quality of research produced; increase research portfolio; communicate research findings, both written and orally, to a broad range of audiences including funders, policy makers, and internal management.
