The newly established Peking University China Center for Public Finance and Department of Public Finance of the School of Economics at Peking University invite applications for tenure track or tenured appointments in areas of public finance, public choice, welfare economics, taxation, and social security, starting Fall 2007. Rankings are open and salaries are competitive. Candidates at assistant professor level should have a Ph.D. in hand or firmly expected by August 2007 and should show promise of significant scholarship and teaching ability. Candidates at the senior level must have excellent research and teaching records. Candidates should submit a cover letter, a curriculum vita, three recommendation letters, and a copy of one published article or a working paper.
