Yeshiva University seeks to fill several adjunct part-time, non-tenure track positions in its Department of
Economics. Our needs include sections in
Introductory Macroeconomics and Microeconomics
with some electives also open, including Statistics
and the Economy of Israel. Candidates are expected
to have a Ph.D. in Economics or related field.

D0 Microeconomics
The Economics Department at Yeshiva University, a
highly selective liberal arts college in New York
City, invites applications for a one one-year full-time visiting professor replacement position for the
academic year Fall 2007 and Spring 2008. We seek
a candidate to teach undergraduate courses in
Introductory Microeconomics and Macroeconomics,
Intermediate Micro, Intermediate Macro,
Economics and Law, and Public Finance. A Ph.D. is
preferred, but ABD will be considered. Review of
applications begins immediate and will continue
until the position is filled. Applicants should submit
a cover letter which should include the statement of
the applicant's teaching philosophy, curriculum vita,
teaching evaluations, evidence of teaching and
scholarly achievement and three letters of reference.
