Two articles published in the American Economic Review and one article published in the Journal of Economic Literature in
2008 have received an Emerald Management Reviews Citation of Excellence.
Now in their thirteenth year, these distinguished annual awards
recognize the 50 outstanding articles published by the top 400
management journals in the world. The articles are:
Announcements: The 2009 John Bates Clark Medal was awarded by the AEA on April 24, 2009, to Emmanuel Saez. Steven J. Davis (University of Chicago) has succeeded Olivier Blanchard (MIT) as editor of the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics, and John Leahy (NYU) is the new coeditor. David Autor (MIT) has succeeded Andrei Shleifer (Harvard) as editor of the Journal of Economic Perspectives. 2010 Economists Calendar
