Don Fullerton

Don FullertonDon Fullerton is the Gutgsell Professor in the Finance Department, Center for Business and Public Policy, and Institute of Government and Public Affairs at the University of Illinois. He is also Managing Editor for the B.E. Journal of Economic Analysis & Policy, and Director of the National Bureau of Economic Research program on Environmental and Energy Economics. From 1995 to 2000, he was Director of the AEA’s Summer Minority Program (at the University of Texas).   Prior to his position at Illinois, he taught at Princeton, the University of Virginia, Carnegie Mellon and the University of Texas; and served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tax Analysis at the US Treasury Department.  Prof. Fullerton has a Ph.D in economics from UC-Berkeley.
