enhance the capacity of indigenous policy research institutes in
developing and transitional countries to foster the policies and
institutions of a market economy." They have affiliate organizations
in more than 100 countries. At this site they offer their working
papers, newsletters (which can be subscribed to for e-mail
delivery), information on their projects, funding possibilities in
this area, and on-line discussions.
