North American Economics and Finance Association (NAEFA)
"Founded in 1972, NAEFA is a non-profit, international, scholarly
organization dedicated to the study of economics and finance of North
American countries and of their interactions among themselves or with
other nations. The association provides a framework for the exchange
of scholarly research and ideas among its members, promotes individual
and collective research and encourages academic exchange between
institutions of higher education and centers and institutes for
research devoted to the association's study objectives." The association
publishes The North American Journal of Economics and Finance and has
sessions at the ASSA and the Western Economic Association.
