| Subject: | The experience gained from education and teaching in the field of international tax law and the expert knowledge gathered at the Institute have been used by the team of the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business to develop a six-day specialist course in English on the practice of DTT law. A selected circle of participants will be presented the fundamentals and currently most important issues of DTT practice on the basis of case studies; this will be followed by a discussion in which the opportunities and limits of shaping strategies will be analysed, with emphasis on possibilities to solve current problems of DTT practice.
